Safe Splash Bath started when our founder witnessed firsthand the challenges that senior living communities face with bathing care. After years of working in healthcare administration across Portland, one truth became clear: facilities needed a dedicated bathing partner, not more tasks for already-overburdened staff.
Safe Splash Bath launched with a single mission — to provide safe, dignified bathing support that integrates seamlessly into facility operations. Starting with three communities in Portland, we have grown to serve facilities across the entire metro area.
Today, our team of trained bathing specialists serves assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities throughout Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Salem, and Vancouver, WA. Training & Standards
Every Safe Splash Bath specialist completes a comprehensive training program before their first assignment. Our training covers:

Hiring Standards
Background Checks
Comprehensive federal and state background checks for every team member before they step into your facility.
Training Requirements
40+ hours of proprietary training before first assignment, plus quarterly continuing education requirements.
Experience Standards
Minimum 2 years of direct care experience required. Many of our specialists are experienced CNAs and HHAs.
